Trash and Recycling Pickup

Trash pick up is included in your St Johns County taxes. - Monday is Trash pickup.  You can leave trash in bags at the curb or get your own garbage can from Lows/Home Depot.  Cans must be kept in the garage and cannot be stores outside your home. Garbage pickup will pick up almost anything.  There is no need for a bulk pickup. - Tuesday is Recycling pick up.  You will need to request a can from RepublicServices.com.  Their truck uses a machine and will only pick up what is in the can. Tuesday is also Brush pick up day. They will come through after recycling.   - -Grass clipping and leaves can be left in bags on the street and palm fronds/branches must be tied together with string.

Gas Company

Windward Ranch is a Natural Gas Community. Our Gas Company is TECO Gas. For more information please visit their website, https://www.peoplesgas.com/

Amenity Center Access 

Head to the Amenity Center during office hours to meet with the Amenity Manager. Bring with you proof of purchase (ALTA Statement and Closing Documents). You will be issued 2 Amenity Center cards for free. Every one after is $20. Only 4 are allowed per household.

Car Passes / MyEnvera

You will receive 2 car passes for free when you move in. You will be able to obtain them from the Amenity Manager. Every car pass after is $35. You will need to provide make, model, color and license plate for each vehicle to the Amenity Manager. Payment can be made to Windward Ranch HOA. Be sure to download the MyEnvera app. (Click the MyEnvera button to download.) This is where you will be able to register your guests for gate access. When guests get to the gate, they will need to insert their license. Be sure to add them to your MyEnvera App exactly how their name appears on their license. This will save time and hassle at the gate. MyEnvera Account: You can request your username, reset your password, and change your PIN at MyEnvera.com or with the app. If you have any issues, you can email myenvera@enverasystems.com for assistance. Please keep in mind, a username cannot be created for security purposes. Envera must have confirmation from an authorized community contact that you are a resident/renter within an Envera-secured community.

Florida DMV

If you are a new Florida resident, you are required to register your vehicle within ten days and get a Florida drivers license within 30 days. If you have an out-of-state drivers license and it has not expired beyond 30 days you can convert your license without taking a written or road test. Florida Beaches

Beach Driving Access Passes – Beginning March 1, vehicles accessing St. Johns County driving beaches will be required to have a beach driving pass from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Vehicles can access the beach at the following locations: A Street, Ocean Trace, Dondanville, Matanzas Avenue, Fort Matanzas, Mary Street, Crescent Beach, and Porpoise Point. The Vilano access ramp is temporarily closed at this time. Passes can be purchased with cash at any beach access ramp from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

St Johns County Management 

Alert St. Johns Emergency Notifications – Sign up for Alert St. Johns, an emergency notification system that provides critical information during emergency situations. The alert system enables St. Johns County, the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office, the City of St. Augustine, and the City of St. Augustine Beach to quickly provide residents with critical information in a variety of situations including severe weather, unexpected road closures, water advisories, missing persons, evacuations of buildings or neighborhoods, and incidents that may threaten public safety. Resident Parking Discounts 

If you visit downtown frequently, and you are a St. Johns County resident, you may want to purchase a ParkNow card. ParkNow cards must be purchased at: Financial Services Center 50 Bridge Street Monday through Friday Lobby: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Drive-Thru: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
