Ready, set, grow!

We are excited to announce our 2024 Windward Ranch Yard of the Month Committee, recognizing our homeowners who strive to beautifully maintain their property and add to the overall appeal of the Windward Ranch community.

Each month, the YOM Committee will select one home to feature as our dedicated Yard of the Month and will showcase them in our email communications, on our website and our Facebook page! If selected, you will be awarded with a $25 gift card to our Windward Ranch Cafe and will have the honor of displaying the official Windward Ranch Yard of the Month lawn sign in front of your home to share your achievement with your neighbors.

The committee will award monthly winners during the months of April through September for landscaping, and for holiday decorations during the months of October and December.
